6 Reasons Why Ipad Do Not Have Flash Support


Through an open letter which was published some time ago, Steve Jobs explained his reason for refusing the Adobe Flash technology to support the iPhone and iPad. There are six reasons that the point is wasting energy flash technology, the program original PC, and iPhone operating system or iPad too sophisticated.
The reasons are:
1. Flash is not free productsBecause the Flash technology has been patented, Apple agreed to support HTML, CSS, and Java Script can be used freely.
2. Flash is not too importantThe majority of video streaming formats through the Internet is H.264 which has been supported by iPhone and iPad.
3. The use of Flash-riskAccording to anti-virus software developer Symantec Flash has a lot of weaknesses in security systems.
4. Flash wasting energyWith the H.264 standard format, the video application can last for 10 hours. While flash format only lasted for 5 hours.
5. Flash does not support the touchscreen featuresGiven the flash technology is designed for the PC, so there is a mobile device features that are not supported.
6. Flash is not supported many applicationsFlash did not create their own applications, but only rely on third-party developers to create applications.
