Meego for Netbook has been Updated

 

Nokia and Intel recently collaborated to develop an operating system called MeeGo, the operating system is designed for smart mobile devices, tablet computers and also Netbook.

Recently MeeGo operating system for netbooks have attended and now get updates by releasing MeeGo MeeGo v1.0 v1.0 Core Software Platform & User Experience project Netbook release.

The update has fix some bugs or known as bugs, so with this update, the operating system MeeGo become more stable, compatible and more secure, here are and keeping the existing features:

* Updated kernel to 2.6.33.5
* Search a USB storage device faster, from 5 seconds to just one second
* A more enhanced 3D Display
* Improvement in web browser function
* Issue resolution on the email client has been fixed
* The increase in the netbook window manager
* Display of the more interesting
* Full support for GNOME proxy configuration on the media player
* Full control of DNS settings

Later for those who have already installed v1.0 on  MeeGO Netbook application, will receive notification informing that the update has been available (see 'Important updates available'). We live to make updates and follow the next steps on the screen.
